Program Description

Sharing of Licensing Performance metrics is an example of DSPS’s commitment to transparency and sharing data that is relevant to license holders and other stakeholders. Starting in August of 2023, DSPS launched its Licensing Performance Dashboard before adding more metrics to the dashboard in February of 2024. DSPS has also made a commitment to sharing data outside of its licensing division, including plan review times in its Division of Industry Services
